  Appalling customer service. Rude, arrogant, and nasty. Had a simple request that I wanted to discuss with someone as their online booking service wasn't working. Was met with 'well maybe we don't even want to do your journey' and was hung up on. When I complained, I then had the other taxis I had booked for that day (for work colleagues) cancelled by them via email with no explanation. Terrible, petty behaviour which has lost them hundreds of pounds in business from my company. Do not use them.
